The Power-Child telephone counseling offers solution-oriented support toward the goal of developing your own problem solution options.

In an initial telephone contact, the counselor will first clarify the issue and the objectives of your call.

In the process that follows, first steps toward solving the problem are discussed. At the end of the first conversation, you and the counselor will jointly decide whether further telephone counseling should follow, or what alternatives are available to deal with your issues.
